Goddess Curves is a 6-week training journey designed to enhance your natural shape—especially the glutes and lower body—while helping you feel strong, confident, and deeply connected to your body. This program blends intelligent strength training with mobility and restorative movement, honoring both power and softness. Each week combines lower-body focused strength, upper-body support, and mindful recovery so you can build curves, improve posture, and move with purpose—not perfection. You’ll lift, activate, stretch, and embody your feminine strength from the inside out. Weekly Breakdown: Day 1: Glutes, Quads & Hamstrings Day 2: Back, Biceps & Shoulders Day 3: Chest, Triceps & Shoulders Day 4: Lateral Glutes, Quads & Hamstrings Day 5: Mobility & Full-Body Stretch Your body is a portal. Let’s begin. 6 semaines – Courbes de Déesse C’est ton moment de revenir pleinement dans ta puissance et de sculpter tes courbes avec intention. Goddess Curves est un parcours d’entraînement de 6 semaines conçu pour mettre en valeur ta silhouette—particulièrement les fessiers et le bas du corps—tout en te faisant sentir forte, confiante et profondément connectée à ton corps. Le programme marie force intelligente, mobilité et mouvements restaurateurs, dans le respect de ton énergie féminine. Chaque semaine combine entraînements ciblés du bas du corps, renforcement du haut du corps et récupération consciente afin de bâtir des courbes, améliorer la posture et bouger avec intention, sans rechercher la perfection. Tu vas soulever, activer, t’étirer et incarner ta puissance féminine.
